You’ll have the main + upper floors only. Basement is rented out to our long term tenants and they will enter from the garage and proceed to basement through a common area, their access is limited by a door placed to separate the upstairs and the common area which can be locked and the tenants will respect the privacy and will try to minimize the use of common area as less as possible.

Your privacy and comfort remain a top priority during your stay.
