Our building requires a copy of all the guest's IDs. Please send it as soon as you book my listing so I can arrange your guest pass in advance.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom condo, including the private balcony, kitchen, and living area.
Building amenities are accessible based on condominium policies.
The unit is conveniently located near Mall of Asia (MOA), with easy access to dining, shopping, and nearby attractions.
