The space
Located on the quiet side of Sct. Tuason within a residential community nearby, and meters away from major roads.
Our home includes a full sized bed where you can enjoy watching your favorite Netflix movies and series, a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed, and a balcony where you can have your morning coffees and late night talks.
No worries about leaving your furbabies at home for we are a pet friendly home. So you and your furbaby can bond and relax as you stay with us.
Guest access
An open-lobby with a resort vibes welcomes you upon entering the building. Guest can have an access on the lap pool, kiddie pool, and a lounge pool where guest can enjoy, and the sky garden where you can watch as the sun sets with the stunning views of the city.
Other things to note
A laundry station (8am-7pm) and convenience store (9am-9:30pm) is available and is located at Basement 1.
A swimming pool fee of ₱200 per guest. Please take note that the pool is close every Thursday (for cleaning and weekly maintenance) and Friday-Sunday and Holidays (exclusive for residents.)
A pet fee of ₱200 per stay. 2 medium sized pets only.
Pay parking is available for cars and motorcycles but no assurance for we have a First Come, First Serve policy.
