This lovely light filled 1 bedroom apartment is walking distance from everything: two blocks to the beach, near tons of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, and Parque Barbosa, a great place to work out or people watch (there's often great live music). You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a queen bed, big closet, kitchen, couch that pulls out to make a comfy extra bed, desk, fiber optic internet, and a patio

Other things to note
It is storm season in Puerto Rico (June-October) and power/water outages can occur. They are usually infrequent and only brief, but we want you to be aware. The apartment has a backup cistern for water, and a generator-powered extension cord for power outages which can be used to plug in fridge, internet, and anything else; but full AC will not work if a power outage occurs. If a power outage occurs during your stay and you choose to move elsewhere we will provide a full refund for the days you decide to leave.
