The space
Your private secondary unit is designed for comfort and convenience, with everything you need to relax and settle in. You’ll have your own bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus a multifunctional space with a kitchenette and laundry area.

The kitchenette is perfect for simple meals and snacks, stocked with a fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, induction burner, Ninja blender, toaster, waffle maker, and egg sandwich maker—plus dishes, silverware, along with a few complimentary snacks and drinks.

Relax in the versatile Common Room with a double bed and a futon that converts easily into the third bed, plus a TV & PlayStation 4 with gaming chair, kitchen table and chairs, along with a cozy fireplace for winter evenings.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a closet for your belongings, and a Bluetooth projector with screen for movie nights or streaming your favorite content.

The Chill Room is the designated smoking area and is located in the attached, finished garage. It features: comfy seating, TV, Nintendo Switch, great ventilation system, a heater and smoking accessories for your favorite flower. The backyard includes a gazebo, grill, turtle pond, patio seating, sandbox, and a beautiful garden.

Vaping is welcome inside the home.

House is divided into 2 separate private units. First upper unit is occupied by Ms K and Devo the house dog.

Guest access
Our home is located at the very end of a busy cul-de-sac. Please look for the green porch light to easily identify the house.

Parking:
Street parking is limited in our neighborhood, so please park in the driveway on the side with the red punching bag. This spot is reserved for guests.

If you need additional parking, just let us know in advance and we will help coordinate.

Other things to note
The doorbell has a video camera and audio recording feature and is located outside at the front door for security purposes.
