2hp Split Type Ac in one room, exhaust in the other room.

With Swimming pool access na 2 hours- 4pax free, add Php100 per head sa excess. Thursdays till Sundays open ang pool until 6pm only.

🎗️Bring your own towels and toiletries.

With internet, netflix and pwede magvideoke sa YouTube til 10pm.

1. Security Deposit 1000 pesos upon check in
- take care of the unit, there will be charges for the damages
- upon check out makukuha ang deposit as long cleared sa unit.
2. Bring your identification card, importanteng maglog in kumuha ng visitor pass sa lobby guard.
3. Check in time is 12nn; Check out before 10am the next day.
4. Clean as you go, specifically sa kitchen area, kung papano nadatnan, ganun din iiwan, no leftover food sa casserole or rice cooker. Bring your take out containers.
5. No joiners - not listed on the guest list, will forfeit the security deposit if magfail to comply. We have cctv mismo sa entrance door.
6. Send your guest list names

1. Checking out ng sobrang kalat, charge 300 sa deposit.
