ChienMarin Residences (*****) and HealthFarm is a converted Farm building, constructed from 1712 onwards in the Polders in the Flemish Country side (Belgium). The original buildings were rebuild to the current square lay-out in 1864, and renovated extensively in 2019.

The holiday home and wellness, which are located 250m from the public roads, are build around a rectangle inner courtyard, which is sheltered, secluded and private. Close to the beach and the city, but quiet for disconnecting

The space
The Residences is a 127 m2 (1,370 Sq Feet) 2-bedroom 2-story townhouse with direct access to the courtyard. The Holiday Home has been licensed as a 5-star accommodation by the Flemish Tourism board.

The ground floor has an extensive 40m2 lounge and dining area with a 42" HD TV, Apple TV, cable TV and high speed internet access. The Kitchen is fully equipped, contains basics, microwave, hot air oven and ceramic hobs, and can be used to prepare both breakfast and full meals. There is a Dishwasher.

The bathroom is equipped with a Villeroy & Boch Bathtub and Shower and uses natural water resources. Bath linens and bath robes are provided.

The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, with a Super King Size (180x200cm) beds and Egyptian bed linens ; both bedrooms have ample build-in closets. There are toilets both on ground and upper floor. There is a writers desk & printer in one of the bedrooms.

In the HealthFarm wellness, a Venice Jacuzzi with 69-jets is available (included in room rate). HealthFarm has further optional facilities such as a i-soPod Float tank offering. Outside, on the SunDeck next to the pond, there is a wood-fired Sauna, wood-fired Hot-Tub and chiminea. There are 4 bicycles for rent and Free parking space for 2 cars.
