We’ve tried to make our home as comfortable as possible and a washing machine is provided for your convenience. We do hope you enjoy your stay!
The space
Our home is a cozy space good to sleep 3-5 people comfortably and is located on the 38th floor.

Check-Out Time: 10AM

Building requires all guests to submit to us their government IDs (passport for foreign nationals). We have to submit these prior to your arrival. You may opt to censor sensitive details but do not book if you aren't comfortable in providing.
There is a parking slot that can be leased for an additional PHP 350.00 per night and is subject to availability.
We do not accommodate early check-ins. As for late check-outs, we accommodate this on a case to case basis depending on our schedule for the day. We reserve the right to decline requests.
CONNECTIVITY:
We installed a 100mbps internet service for your convenience.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with the following for your use and consumption:
- Induction Cooktop
- Large refrigerator
- Rice cooker
- Kettle
- Kitchenware (pots, pan, knives, ladle etc.)
- Dinnerware (plates, bowls, glasses, cups etc.)
- Dishwashing liquid & sponge
- Coffee, creamer, sugar & tea (complementary)
LIVING & DINING:
By the kitchen is the living & dining area where you can entertain a few people during your stay. Having visitors over during your stay is allowed provided you keep noise to a minimum and not exceed a total of 5 people including yourself / yourselves.
The TV is equipped with NETFLIX for your enjoyment.
The home also has a lovely little ledge. It’s a nice little area to wind down.
BATHROOM:
Our shower is equipped with a water heater so you won’t have to worry if you don’t like cold baths.
We have provided shampoo, body-wash, hand-wash & toilet paper for your consumption.
1 fresh towel PER CONFIRMED GUEST is also provided for your use. We encourage you to bring your own towels if you will be needing more than 1 per person.
A washing machine has also been provided for your use.
BEDROOM:
The bed is a queen and can fit 2 people comfortably.
Additional sleeping is provided in the living area: pullout sofa bed and a window ledge cushion. Note that booking for 5 is possible but can be tight
OTHERS:
We would like to kindly request our guests to take good care of our home as if it were your own.
We use automatic room sprays and fabric conditioners. If fragrance is an issue, do advise ahead so we can make adjustments.
Pool is open from 6AM to 9PM, Tuesday to Sunday.
Parking NOT included.
LUGGAGE STORING is not available. The building managment can only hold on to items for 3 hours at most and they will dispose if it continues to be unclaimed at the end of the day.
NOTE: Inclusions are as posted. Requests for additional pillows, blankets and towels will not be accommodated unless the booking specifically states more than 2 people will be staying.
Guest access
Ortigas Center is generally a walkable area, conveniences are literally within a few meters from the lobby. You’ll enjoy the neighbourhood best on foot if weather permits!
There is a parking slot within the building that can be leased for an additional PHP 350.00 per night and is subject to availability.
Pay parking outside the premises is available for at these rates:
Rate:
1st 2 Hours - PHP 60.00
Every Succeeding Hour - PHP 20.00
Overnight Parking - PHP 250.00 + Parking Fee
Other things to note
Stays that are a 7 days or less - Additional cleaning during your stay is not provided but should you need one, feel free to book via the GoodWorks app (fairly cheap for basic cleaning).
For stays that are above 7 days - Do let us know if you wish to schedule cleaning, we are happy too accommodate a cleaning every 7 days.
Admin office is open from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday and 8am to 12nn on Saturday.
Maintenance & Engineering can be called anytime during the day, they are typically responsive if the need is immediate.
