Welcome to Chiba!
Our apartment is located in a quiet district called Gripe just 10 min walking distance from Diocletian's Palace, historic center of Split, monument protected by the UNESCO. Only 10-15 min walk to museums, restaurants, bars, nightlife and shops, also to ferry/bus/train stations, kids park and beaches. Supermarket, 24/7 pharmacy and tobacco shop are only 1 min walking distance from the apartment. 25 km from airport.

The space
Apartment is on the second floor in a building, without elevator. There is free public parking all around the building.
This position is perfect both for family seeking for a quiet holiday and for young people because all most interesting things are nearby. For families with kids there is a city library, only 5min from the apartment, with nice playroom.

Guest access
Guests can use entire space and everything in it. Open space concept living room, dining room and kitchen (24m2 with A/C), two bedrooms (only one bedroom has A/C), bathroom and balcony (6m2).
It is equipped with washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing table, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The use of Air conditioning is included in the price of accommodation and there is also free WiFi.
