We are conveniently located within the proximity of groceries, banks, malls, transportation terminals, and restaurants.

The space
Chenzii Crib is a studio type condo unit, ideal for one to two persons.

The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware for making simple meals.

The bathroom has a hot shower. Toiletries are provided.

Guest access
The swimming pool can be used by guests and visitors at P150 per head on regular days, and P300 on holidays.

The main lobby at Tower 1 is an ideal waiting area. No food and drinks allowed.

Paid parking is subject to availability with the ff. rates:
P150- from 1am to 6am
P50 from 6am to 1am
