This beautiful 1BHK with living room, bedroom, kitchenette and washroom is located on the first floor. There is access to an elevator also
In our gated complex, we have a club house, and you can enjoy a game of chess, or take a dip in the pool. Alternatively, we strongly recommend going to the beach for an early morning run or doing yoga / meditation. If you are lucky, you get to haggle with the fisherman for the day's catch too.

Events cannot be organized without permission.
No loud volume or big parties allowed at the premises.
FREE covered, private parking inside the premises is available.
