In the heart of the city on the riverbank of Vltava, right next to Charles Bridge. Because of such unique location - right in the heart of the city center, where all sights, galleries, shops & restaurants are literally at your doorstep - although home is soundproofed by 5-layers windows, on occasions it might not be suited for light sleepers. If you are light sleeper, ANY property within this district will be too noisy for you.
The dining area has a large table for 6 guests. There is one bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and one additional separate restroom (WC).
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities you might need. Ah, and Nespresso coffee maker with free coffee for a nice kick in the morning.
The apartment house features communal interior/backyard with sitting area & greenery.
The property including the communal areas are non-smoking, the communal areas feature CCTV (no cameras inside the property) installed by the HOA. HOA will enforce penalties if guests are smoking in the backyard as this is against the Czech laws.
