Do you want to experience living in a tiny house? Come and stay in this airy, comfortable, beautiful tiny house.

The tiny house is located between Newport and Narragansett, allowing easy access to either! You will be 15 min from just about everything, beaches, the block island ferry, downtown Newport, walking trails, and much more.

The space
This unique light-filled tiny home comes in at 235. ft², but has plenty to offer. It is well-designed to maximize every square foot. A generous full kitchen in a tiny house allows guests to prepare meals or just hanging around the peninsula counter. This home is very private and has views of Casey Farm and Narragansett Bay. The interior is comfortable and charming, with an added deck that allows guests to relax outside in the sun. The loft offers a queen sized bed.

The tiny home is on its way to becoming off-grid, so there is a dry flush toilet, which means no black water, but there is a limited number of "flushes" (13-15 per bag). It is easy to manage with little to no smell. If you are curious about this, a quick search (of dry flush toilets) will lead to plenty of info.
