The chalet of dreams, relaxation and curative sport.
In the heart of Presanella, 8 km from Passo del Tonale and 15 km from Marivella, with a ski bus stop opposite.

A restored farm, with special attention to curative design: local wood furniture scented with soothing olfactory notes.

It meets the needs of athletes with a ski and bicycle storage room, sauna and Finnish bath for psychophysical relaxation.

The space
The three-story chalet consists of the following:
• Small courtyard in front of the entrance, with lounge area and wooden Canadian chairs;
• Finnish wood-fired outdoor bathtub;
• Wooden patio equipped with twilight lights, table, chairs and gas barbecue;
• Living area with dining room and kitchen;
• "Milton" bedroom with double bed and bunk beds (sleeps 2) with desk area and private bathroom;
• "Totilas" bedroom with double bed and sauna (adult only) with desk area and private bathroom;
• "Varenne" bedroom with double bed and bunk beds (sleeps 2) with desk area and private bathroom;
• "For Pleasure 1" bedroom with double bed and desk area, shared bathroom;
• "For Pleasure 2" bedroom with double bed and shared bathroom;
• A garage with storage space for skis and shoes, a sink with an extension to clean bikes and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
• Parking spaces: 1 in the garage (no SUV/Jeep) and 2/3 in the courtyard outside the hamlet.

Guest access
The space can accommodate up to a maximum of 14 people and consists of an outdoor area with a large furnished porch, where you can enjoy a meal together or relax under the starry sky between the forest and the mountains.

The interior space consists of three floors:
On the second floor, we find the entrance hall with the dining room and the modern linear kitchen, equipped with new designer appliances.
Each room is equipped with Alexa, with voice control.
The "Varenne" room has a large window overlooking the fascinating mountains, a queen-size double bed, a bunk bed, a 40-inch smart TV and a glass bathroom for the exclusive use of the room, complete with shower and bidet.

Going down to the first floor, we find the "Milton" room with a large double bed, a bunk bed, a 40-inch smart TV and a glass bathroom for the exclusive use of the room with shower and bidet. Once again, the large bedroom window opens onto a breathtaking view.
The second bedroom on the first floor, "Totilas", has a raised double bed, a 40-inch smart TV, a full bathroom for the exclusive use of the bedroom and a double infrared or Finnish sauna.

On the third and last floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
The two "For Pleasure" bedrooms have a typical sloping roof with exposed beams, two double beds and two 32-inch smart TVs.
The smallest bedroom on the right has no closing door.

The main facade also houses a practical garage, equipped to store skis and bicycles, as well as a shelter for cars.
In the garage you will also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, broom and electric vacuum cleaner.

The uniqueness of the structure lies in the details, in the meticulous attention to detail, aimed at the maximum well-being of our guests.

The furniture is entirely made to measure by local artisans, nothing has been wasted, but reinvented in a modern and ecological key, from the feet of the bed with references to trees to small sculptures of evocative forms.

Each room is unique and bears the name of a horse that has marked history, in honor of my daughter, who has been practicing show jumping since childhood, and the love of the whole family for horses.

Walking through the Maso, you will feel different emotions, accompanied by the different types of wood present in each room, which will stimulate your senses with natural and relaxing scents and materials.

The "furnishing" pillows of the beds are in fact padded with Cirmolo chipboard, a fragrant wood with antibacterial properties, combined with expectorant and relaxing properties, an excellent ally in case of coughs, colds and respiratory disorders.

Even the main mattresses and pillows are 100% natural, signed "NewFly", in the interests of respect for the environment and psychophysical well-being.

In the Chalet, you will find the "Super G" collection of cooking utensils with an innovative cooking system, which allows you to cook without adding water or oil, while retaining flavors and nutrients. The unique capsular base accumulates heat, ensuring that it is distributed evenly and gradually.

Other things to note
• The hot water pool in summer is available only upon request.

• The ski bus usually runs from December 21 to March 30.

• It is recalled that to access the Chalet, it will be necessary to climb a few historic stone steps.

• There's a fee for using the sauna, with €2 coins to limit waste. The cost for one hour of sauna is €8. The first two sauna sessions (2 hours in total) are offered by the Chalet.

Neighborhood highlights

Skibus stop in front of the Chalet to reach the ski lifts!

Chalet Stavel is located in a small, ancient village of inhabited Masi.
The municipality of Vermiglio is located in the beautiful Val di Sole in the north-western part of the autonomous province of Trento.

Location:
- 8 km from the Tonale Pass ski lifts and "Evolution Ski School" school.
- 15 km from the ski lifts and snowboard and ski centre with ski hire and ski depot at Marivella 1400.

Val di Sole is mountain in its purest state; the scenery is unique: the majestic peaks of the Adamello, Presanella and Ortles-Cevedale mountains, glaciers, forests, torrents, malghe (shepherd's huts) and ancient masi (farmsteads). Much of the area is protected by the Adamello Brenta Nature Park and the Stelvio Park.

The location of the Chalet is ideal for visiting the Valley in all its splendid facets: the Presana Glacier, visible from Stavel, Val di Pejo just 15 minutes away, Ossana Castle 10 minutes away, Lake dei Caprioli 20 minutes away, 10 minutes from the scenic Tonale Pass, on which walks and hikes can be organised while watching the sunrise, the Laghetto di S. Leonardo 3 minutes away, 30 minutes from Val di rabbi, Lake Bargo 4 minutes away.
An easy bike ride from Val di Pejo or from Mezzana (where there is a train station) to Val di Non.
An excursion to the Noce river, the best for rafting in Italy, starting from Cusiano just 10 minutes from the Chalet.

Val di Sole is also the land where the 'White War' took place, so called because the fighting took place among the highest peaks, on the eternal snow. In Vermiglio (4 minutes) you can visit the small museum and at the Ponale Pass, you can take a simple hike among the forts of the Great War.

There are many other pearls of Trentino, which you can discover by taking a look at the guide we have created especially for a journey of discovery through Trentino-Alto Adige and its valleys.
