The space
Chalet Russel is a brand new luxury chalet with breathtaking views of the Nyon and Pleney peaks.
Nestled at the end of a private driveway, the chalet is located over 3 floors.
It can comfortably sleep up to 9 in 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it the ideal location for a family retreat or a getaway with friends.
A private floor for the master suite is the cherry on the cake!
Top floor -
Large entrance hall leading to the main light-filled living space. A full designer kitchen, made with exceptionally high-end materials and appliances.
Opening up to the large dining and bar area, seating up to 10, all place settings included. Wine fridge and all glassware in the bar.
A large and spacious lounge, complete with a log burner and wrap-around sofa, as well as a sumptuous armchair to relax into! Enough room for all guests to sit comfortably. Huge TV with soundbar and Apple HomePod speaker.
Access to the first of three outdoor terraces is also from this level. Lots of outdoor seating as well as a hanging egg chair for you to enjoy your morning coffee from whilst admiring the valley views.
A large boot room, complete with boot and glove driers for all guests, with a separate entrance. As well as a large WC complete this floor.

This floor has 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with a separate WC.
The laundry room with the washer and dryer is also located on this floor.

Floor -2 is home to the vast master suite. Complete with en-suite and lounge area and private terrace.
The en-suite has a huge walk-in shower and freestanding bath, both giving amazing views of the surrounding mountains.
The large suite has a fixed Super King bed (180x200) with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors giving access to the large private balcony.
There are parking spaces for 2 vehicles in front of the property and a 16a car charging point.
Guest access
Guest Access: During your stay, the entire chalet and its private grounds are yours to enjoy. This includes:
Full Interior Access: All three floors of the chalet, including all four bedrooms and the open-plan living and dining areas.
The Outdoors: The four terraces and its garden seating, offering front-row views of the peaks.
Ski/Boot Room: You will have full access to the dedicated ski/boot room, essential for keeping your gear secure and dry after a day on the slopes or trails.
Private Parking: Two dedicated outdoor spaces are reserved exclusively for your party.
Arrival & Entry: You will be provided with the keybox code 24 hours before your stay starts.
Other things to note
Flexible Bedding Configuration: To ensure your stay is perfectly tailored to your group, please let us know your preferred bed configuration (Super King or Twin) at least 7 days prior to arrival. If no preference is provided, we will set the rooms up as standard Super Kings.
Ski & Boot Storage: To keep the chalet in pristine condition, we kindly ask that no ski boots or heavy outdoor footwear be worn inside the living areas. Please make full use of the dedicated ski/boot room for all your sports equipment.
Log-Burning Stove: We provide an initial supply of logs, kindling, and firelighters to get you started on your first night. Additional wood can be easily purchased at the local supermarket, or you can contact our concierge to arrange a larger delivery (additional cost applies).
Concierge Services: Kerry and Stef (KS Concierge) are available to help elevate your stay. Please note that any additional services, such as restaurant bookings, lift pass delivery, or mid-stay cleans, will incur separate professional fees.
Parking & Access: The property includes two outdoor spaces (one car parked behind the other). Please ensure vehicles are parked within these designated areas to allow for snow clearing (in winter) and neighbour access.
Eco-Friendly Stay: We love our mountains! We kindly ask guests to turn off lights and lower the heating when leaving the property for the day to help us maintain a sustainable alpine environment.
