Completed in 2025, this stunning chalet was thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail to combine upscale comfort with the pleasures of the outdoors. It also offers a unique connection with the surrounding nature, personalized service, and exceptional attention to detail.

The chalet is set back from the road, offering a quiet and intimate atmosphere, far from the traffic and road dust. Its private driveway, with an approximate 25% slope, is part of the charm—and ensures privacy and tranquility.

No 4WD or prefer not to drive up the hill?
👉 Parking for two vehicles is available near the main road, just after the private driveway.
🚶♀️ From there, enjoy a pleasant 3–4 minute uphill walk to the chalet (During winter, ice cleats may be helpful, depending on conditions).
🛷 For your convenience, a cart and sleds are provided to easily transport your luggage.
Other things to note
*Connectivity: There is no cell service at the chalet, allowing you to truly disconnect. However, we provide unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi free of charge for your convenience.
*Activities Access: Please note that access to activities at the Vallee-Bras-du-Nord Cooperative and the ZEC Batiscan-Neilson requires a separate fee.
*These fees are not included in your stay at Chalet Le St-Ray.
*Road Conditions: The last 5 kilometers of the road leading to the chalet (Rang Saguenay) are unpaved.
*Nestled in the heart of nature, the chalet is surrounded by the forest. You might be lucky enough to spot some local wildlife: foxes, deer, field mice, squirrels, and a wide variety of birds. For your safety, please keep your distance and do not attempt to approach or feed them. You will be sharing this space with local wildlife and all kinds of insects (especially mosquitoes during the season!).
*Safety & Privacy: For your security, the property is monitored by an exterior camera that operates 24/7. The camera is located at the front entrance of the chalet and covers the entrance and parking area in front of the chalet. A decibel monitor is installed inside to prevent parties; it does not record conversations and respects your privacy.
*To ensure a safe and peaceful stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you respect our house rules. Additional fees may apply for non-compliance:
