This magnificent chalet is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, with free parking. It's the perfect place to relax all year round, with its stunning views and cozy living room with fireplace. It was renovated in July 2016 to a high standard, with the comfort of our guests as a priority.

Easy access to the fantastic ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand and a 30-minute drive to the spectacular Lake Annecy.

I can't wait to share my beautiful chalet with you.

The space
The "Chalet Le Daim" has an interior decoration that is a perfect mix between the modern chic and the old wood of a traditional chalet.
The main chalet has a beautiful open kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and 3 separate bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin or king) and 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub). There is also room for an extra mattress for a single bed on the landing of the stairs.
On the lower floor, there is a completely separate studio with its own kitchen and bathroom. It has the potential to sleep 4 extra people (1 double bed and a double drawer bed).
This can be a perfect solution for families or shared groups to have some independence, while being connected to the main chalet.
PS: Reservations will be FULLY refunded in the event of reasons related to Covid-19 such as a lockdown decided by the government or a quarantine caused by a positive Covid-19 test.

You will enjoy full access to the "Le Daim" chalet which includes 2 separate kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 7 beds.
Outside there is a lovely terrace with table and chairs, and a new large separate balcony, both perfect for barbecues.

It is ideally positioned to give you a varied ski option and also allows easy access down to Annecy and the auto route in Bonneville if people are keen to explore other local resorts. The village of St Jean also boasts a lovely all year round vibe with many locals living here continuously, so there is always a wide range of amenities available. Welcome to my beautiful chalet located in the Aravis massif (French Alps). I have 2 children. My partner is French of Hungarian origin and we live near Nancy. It is with great pleasure that I bought the chalet Le Daim from Gemma, to continue to share it with our future Airbnb guests. For my family, this cottage represents a return to our roots, as my grandmother was originally from Le Grand-Bornand and my great-grandparents were born in cottages in La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand.
