We welcome you in a charming chalet of 39m2 with a terrace of 40m2 located in a lush park bordered by the river "La petite Leyre". You are in the heart of the village of Sore. You will enjoy its shops and sports facilities by walk. You are 30 min from the vineyards the lakes of Hostens, 50 minutes from the Center Parc, the Bassin d'Arcachon and 1 H from Bordeaux and the beaches of Biscarrosse. You are ideally located to be able to do activities while being able to rest in peace.
The space
Summer reservations are made weekly from Sunday to Sunday starting July 13.
The chalet is equipped with wifi with a very high speed connection. Guests can enjoy a 40m2 private terrace with a barbecue, outdoor garden lounge, sunbathing and a heated jacuzzi for 5 people running all year long. In the cottage, you will find a kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer), a table for 5 people, a living room with a connected TV and reversible air conditioning. There is also a children's room (2 bunk beds and a bed), the parents' room (a double bed in 160), a bathroom (Italian shower and washing machine) and a separate toilet. We can provide you with a cot.
You can come with family or friends by booking our second accommodation for 5 people, the "Cocoon chic" chalet, located next door.
Right next to the park, you can enjoy the heated communal swimming pool (open from June to September), tennis courts, health course in the forest, multi-sports field, Skate park, beach volleyball court, bowling alley and children’s playground.

Other things to note
We offer you the tickets for access to the communal swimming pool of Sore, located right next to the park. Open from June to September. The opening hours of June and September are Wednesday from 3PM to 7PM and Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 1PM and 3PM to 7PM. Summer hours are from Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. On weekends from 11:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. On Thursdays at night from 21:00 to 23:00. That is, swim shorts are prohibited.
You can rent bikes directly delivered to the park or from your choice every day from 8H to 20H.
You can swim at the aquatic center Spadium de Salles 35 minutes by car. Or at the Centerparcs Domaine des Landes de Gascogne, 50 minutes by car. Possibility to enter the day (from 10H) or half-day (from 17H).
You can go to the equestrian center of Pissos, 15 minutes by car. And do acrobranche at the base Testarouman in Pissos, 15 minutes by car.
You can also visit the Royal Castle of Cazeneuve in Préchac, 25 minutes away. Or the Fort Roquetaillade castle in Mazères, 35 minutes away.
We also like to go to the lakes of Hostens for swimming, water activities, hiking, cycling or equestrian, 30 minutes by car.
We regularly canoe to the base of Pissos 15 minutes. Or at the leisure base of México in Commensacq, 20 minutes by car. Or to Mios, 45 minutes by car.
We also like to go see the cranes at the nautical base of Arjuzanx lake, 45 minutes by car, open all year.
Right next to Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat, we love the Zoo of the Bassin d'Arcachon. You will see more than 1000 animals in a forest of 22 ha.
You have many bike rides on the bike paths from Biscarrosse beach or lake, Parentis en Born (we like to walk along the lake to Gastes).
You can also observe birds in their environment at the Teich Bird Park, a 50-minute drive away.
From 30 March to 29 September, 20 minutes away in Sabres, you can visit the Marquèze Ecomuseum. Immerse yourself in the life of the Landes de Gascony in the 19th century. You will access it on a historic train. Several activities are offered for young and old. A restaurant will delight you.
On the ocean side, at 1 hour, our favorite beach is that of Vivier in Biscarrosse. You have the possibility to eat, drink and admire the sunset on the central beach at the restaurant La siesta, or on the south beach at Dream Beach restaurant.
