We welcome you to a charming 39 m2 chalet with a 40 m2 terrace located in a lush park bordered by the "La Petite Leyre" river. You are in the heart of the village of Sore. You can enjoy its shops and sports facilities on foot. You are 30 minutes from the vineyards, the lakes of Hostens, 50 minutes from the Center Parc and 1 hour from Bordeaux and the beaches of Biscarrosse. You are ideally located to be able to do activities while being able to rest in peace.

The space
Summer reservations are made weekly from Sunday to Sunday starting July 5.
The chalet is equipped with wifi with a very high speed connection. Guests can enjoy a 40m2 private terrace with a barbecue, outdoor garden lounge, sunbathing and a heated jacuzzi for 5 people running all year long.
In the cottage, you will find a kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer), a table for 5 people, a living room with a connected TV and reversible air conditioning. There is also a children's room (2 bunk beds and a bed), the parents' room (a double bed in 160), a bathroom (Italian shower and washing machine) and a separate toilet. We can provide you with a cot.
You can come with family or friends by booking our second accommodation for 5 people, the "Cocoon Nature" chalet, located next door.
Right next to the park, you can enjoy the heated communal swimming pool (open from June to September), tennis courts, health course in the forest, multi-sports field, Skate park, beach volleyball court, bowling alley and children’s playground.

We offer you access tickets to the Sore municipal swimming pool, located right next to the park. Open from June to September. The hours in June and September are Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Summer hours are Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Weekends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday night from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Please note that swim shorts are not allowed.
You can hire bikes delivered directly to the Park or from your choice every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
You can swim at the Spadium de Salles aquatic center, a 35-minute drive away. Or at Centerparcs Domaine des Landes de Gascogne, a 50-minute drive away. Possibility to enter for the day (from 10 a.m.) or half-day (from 5 p.m.).
You can go to the Pissos Equestrian Center, 15 minutes by car. And do tree climbing at the Testarouman base in Pissos, 15 minutes away by car.
You can also visit the Royal Castle of Cazeneuve in Préchac, 25 minutes away. Or the Château Fort de Roquetaillade in Mazères, 35 minutes away.
We also like to go to the Hostens lakes for swimming, water activities, hiking, biking or horseback riding, 30 minutes by car.
We regularly go canoeing at the Pissos base, 15 minutes away. Or at the México leisure center in Commensacq, a 20-minute drive. Or in Mios, 45 minutes by car.
We also like to go see the gray cranes at the nautical base of Lake Arjuzanx, 45 minutes by car, open all year round.
Right next to Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat, we love the Zoo du Bassin d'Arcachon. You can see more than 1000 animals in a 22 ha forest.
Numerous water activities and Aquapark Biscarrosse at Lake Bicarrosse in Port Maguide, 1 hour by car.
You have many bike rides on the bike paths from Biscarrosse beach or lake, from Parentis en Born (we like to walk along the lake to Gastes).
You can also observe birds in their environment at the Teich Ornithological Park, a 50-minute drive away.
From March 30 to September 29, 20 minutes away, in Sabres, you can visit the Marquèze eco-museum. Immerse yourself in the life of the Landes de Gascogne in the 19th century. You will access it in a historic train. Several activities are available, for young and old. A restaurant will delight you.
On the ocean side, 1 hour away, our favorite beach is Vivier in Biscarrosse. You have the option to eat, have a drink and admire the sunset on the central beach at the La Siesta restaurant, or on the south beach at the Dream Beach restaurant.
