The space
This chalet can comfortably accommodate 14 people (with the optional 2-room apartment). The main chalet contains 12 seats.
You'll get the T2 in addition if you put that there are 14 of you.
It is a rare property for rent in a typical Savoyard hamlet.

This property has 3 floors:
Ground floor of the chalet:
- Entrance hall with storage and hooks.
- Ski locker: The entrance to the ski locker is through an independent door facing the outside. It's a spacious ski locker ideal for 14 guests. Heated seats and boot dryers, and heated storage boxes as well. Coat rack for hanging and drying ski suits. A door inside the ski locker connects to the chalet.
- A separate toilet.
- (1) A studio for 2 people connected to the chalet by a door. This studio also has an independent opening outside. It consists of 2 single beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a toilet and a kitchenette.
- OPTIONAL (2 additional travelers) A spacious 2-room for 2 people is completely independent of the chalet. Entry is from the outside, and it is on the ground floor of the Chalet.
Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, it consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds and its shower room/toilet. A living room with a sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen!
On the 1st floor of the chalet:
- A large living room with fireplace and panoramic view (beautiful sunsets guaranteed).
- A dining room overlooking the outside.
- A fully-equipped kitchen (open to living room/dining room) (American fridge, kitchen piano, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Thermomix, kettle, toaster, raclette, fondue…).
- A spacious sauna with valley views.
- (2) Bedroom for 2 people with 2 single beds, its own shower room, storage.
- A separate toilet.
- Balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.
On the 2nd floor:
- (3) Very spacious room for 3 people. 2 people in single beds (attached) and 1 person (child) on a mattress on the floor in the mezzanine. Bathroom with shower, double sinks, and separate toilet. Storage. Electric shutters.
- (4) Large bedroom with a double bed (160) and a bed (child) on a mattress on the floor in the mezzanine.

- (5) Very atypical master bedroom, with a 180 bed, a bathroom, 1 large sink, and storage. A separate toilet.
2 desks that can be used for remote work because very good Wi-Fi connection.
Outside the chalet:
Large terrace with summer kitchen. Pool (built in early June) under a bubble, can be used in winter and summer.
Large barbecue and large table on the terrace (renovated in early June).
Sunbathing, and armchairs...
A large garage to park a vehicle, including a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Parking spaces in front of the cottage as well.
A high-performance SONOS system will allow you to control each room with sound.

EVERYTHING IS PLANNED FOR RELAXATION
Winter: What could be better, after a day of skiing, than swimming laps in the heated pool? You will be spoiled for choice too with the Jacuzzi, sauna and different reading corners…
Summer: After a big hike, or a short walk, you can relax in the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The outdoor kitchen guarantees you good sunny moments on the terrace.

PARADISE HAS A NAME: LE CABRIT
Facing south west, we guarantee you great sunshine as well as beautiful sunsets.
By staying at Chalet Le Cabrit, you will be away from mass tourism, and close to the slopes (6 km) of major resorts, such as Les Arcs, La Plagne, Les Côches, but also La Rosière to switch to Italy and Sainte Foy for a day!
Everything has been thought out so that you can enjoy the mountains, skiing, and nature in chic and rustic comfort with the luxury of space in addition.
Walkers will be in the heart of multiple trails…
SKIERS will be able to reach the immense Paradiski area quickly and easily (shuttle + funicular).

CONVENIENT FOR CHILDREN
Winter: You can drive your children to the nearest ski school in less than 10 minutes to Montchavin Les Côches.
If you don't want to drive, a free shuttle bus passes in front of the chalet for the Les Arcs funicular (6 km). The climb takes 7 minutes to reach Arc 1600.
Summer: You can enroll your children in the various activities offered by the resorts (see guide).

The bus stop is right in front of the Chalet. The shuttle, La Ronde, can take you to Bourg Saint Maurice, but also to the funicular stop to quickly get to the station.

You can park up to 6 cars in front of the chalet (including the space in the garage).

In summer, you can leave the cottage to join the most beautiful walking and hiking trails.
Whitewater sports 2 minutes away in the Isère. Either from Landry or from Bourg Saint Maurice.

The chalet is bordered by a bike path. The Voie Verte. This mountain Voie Verte allows you to go from Aime to Bourg-Saint-Maurice on foot, by bike and rollerblades, in complete safety (no intersections). The slope is steady and easy. And the walk is beautiful: totally silent, wild in the forest, and along a stream. Pure pleasure. 22.2 km.

The nearest village is Landry, 1 km away, where you will find a grocery store with bread, a wine bar, and 2 restaurants.
Other things to note
During the winter, we do not accept short stays during school holidays.
Outside of busy periods, short stays are allowed from 3 nights.
The cleaning fee is the same €500 and linens/towels are also provided.
