Chalet Altus is an old 18th century Savoyard farmhouse renovated in 2022 in a rustic-chic style of great comfort, and decorated by artists. The chalet is located at the foot of the hiking trails in the small traditional rural hamlet of Baptieu, at 1200m altitude, in an authentic environment of absolute tranquility, on the edge of a creek, on the edge of forest. The space
Large luxury apartment of 200 m2 with private entrance, on two floors that can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people (8 adults, 2 children). On the first level: entrance, toilet, 2 large double bedrooms (queen size beds) with their bathrooms and separate toilet; professional kitchen (2 ovens, 8 cooking plates, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 sinks, large worktops…) and large dining room with its monumental fireplace, sofa, armchairs, farm table with 12 seats.
On the second level: large living room with library, smart TV of 75 inches, sofa, sofa bed, armchairs, minibar and play area with table and seating (are available card games, chess, ladies, backgammon, etc.); 2 large double bedrooms (queen size beds) with their separate bathrooms and toilet; a children's room with 2 bunk beds and bathroom.
2 large balconies running south-facing terraces from lounges with tables, chairs, and deckchairs; individual balconies for each double room. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV.

In Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise, called "the best kept secret of the Alps", the Chalet Altus is nestled in the heart of a unique space of 8 ski resorts located between 10 and 30 minutes (Sainte Foy Bon Conseil, Les Arcs-la Plagne-Peisey Nancroix, Tignes-Val d 'Isere, La Rosiere-la Thuile d 'Aosta...). Free shuttles at the end of the trail. Less than 10 minutes' walk from the shops of the capital open all year round (with general grocery store, the very good restaurant Le Monal, caterer-cavist, tobacco press, equipment stores, church, doctor's office, osteopath...). The Sainte Foy ski resort also offers a small Super U supermarket as well as a bakery-patisserie "Les Délices de Sainte Foy" and several restaurants.
1 closed garage + 1 parking space available for you. The car is indeed the best option to enjoy the multiple offers of the Tarentaise mountains. Several surrounding villages, a few kilometers away (Villaroger, Seez...) also offer restaurants, and gourmet shops. And the famous gourmet restaurant Chez Mérie is only 1.2 km away…The Bourg-Saint-Maurice TGV station is 12 km away (with all the large shops and hypermarkets in the city, and a farmers' market on Saturdays); Chambéry airport 125 km away; Geneva airport is 150 km away. The Chalet is perfectly accessible with any car (winter: mandatory snow tires in Savoie)
