Chalet Altus is a comfortable Lodge & Spa located in an old Savoyard farmhouse located at the crossroads of the largest ski resorts, in a small rural hamlet at an altitude of 1200 m. Renovated in an alpine chic style, decorated by artists, the chalet offers an authentic environment of absolute tranquility, on the edge of a stream, on the edge of the forest. Splendid views not overlooked of the Parc de la Vanoise and the peaks of Mont-Pourri, the Col des Roches, the Aiguille Rouge...
The space
Large luxurious 200 m2 apartment with private entrance, on two floors that can comfortably accommodate 10 people. On the first floor: entrance, toilet, 2 large double bedrooms (queen size beds) with their separate bathrooms and toilets; professional kitchen (2 ovens, 8 cooking hobs, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 sinks, large worktops, etc.) and large living-dining room with its monumental fireplace, sofa, armchairs, farm table with 12 seats.
On the second level: large living room with bookcase, 75-inch smart TV, sofa, sofa-bed, armchairs, mini-bar and play area with table and seating (card games, chess, backgammon, etc.); 2 large double bedrooms (queen size beds) with their separate bathrooms and toilets; a children's room with 2 bunk beds and shower room.
2 large south-facing balconies-terrace from the living rooms with tables, chairs, and deckchairs; large individual balconies for each double room. All rooms come equipped with a TV.
Chalet lobby with ski cloakroom, boot warmer (boots heater);
Large spa (sauna 4-6 people, jacuzzi 4-6 people, shower, toilet, gym...) can be privatized for a fee;
1 closed garage + 1 parking space;

Chalet Altus is nestled in the heart of a unique area of the best ski resorts located 5-20 minutes away by car. The new Villaroger gondola lift that goes up to Les Arcs 2000-Paradiski is 5 minutes away; the Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise resort, "the best kept secret of the Alps", paradise for off-piste and cross-country skiing, is 8 minutes away; the Olympic area of Tignes-Val d'Isère is 15 minutes away, as is La Rosière-San Bernardo, which allows you to ski during the day in Italy. Free shuttles at the end of the road. Chalet within 10 minutes walk of the shops of the main town open all year round (bakeries, general grocery store, very good restaurant Le Monal, deli-wine shop, tobacco-press, equipment store, church, medical office...). The Sainte Foy ski resort also offers a small Super U supermarket as well as another bakery and several restaurants.
At the Chalet: 1 closed garage + 1 parking space at your disposal. The car is the best option to enjoy the multiple offers of the Haute Tarentaise mountains. Several surrounding villages, a few km away (Villaroger, Seez, etc.) also offer restaurants and food shops. And the famous gourmet restaurant "Chez Mérie" is only 1.2 km away… Bourg-Saint-Maurice TGV station is 12 km away (with all the major shops and hypermarkets in the city, and a farmers' market on Saturday); Chambéry airport is 125 km away; Geneva airport is 150 km away. The Chalet is accessible with any car but in winter snow tires or chains are mandatory in Savoy.
