Complete cottage on a pristine, clear lake, safe for swimming. Surrounded by a lovely forest. Stroll through beautiful forest trails, spend the afternoon at your private waterfront or take a ride in one of the boats provided. In the evening, BBQ, play games, sing songs, or enjoy a cocktail. Lakefront cottage is fully modern with a pine interior and a lovely property with direct access to the lake. New larger composite deck.

This little cottage has a small bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed (lower bed is double and the upper is single). There is also a pull-out couch in the living room with a double bed that is comfortable as it has a Nova foam on the mattress. Satellite TV with many movie channels, including netflix, Amazon prime, Disney plus, and high speed wi-fi (internet). Cellular booster to ensure better cell phone reception. Convection heating with temperature control in each room. Also air conditioning. Excellent drinking water.

Guest access
Enjoy your private retreat, which is calm and peaceful. Entire small lakefront cottage with a nice swimming area (clear water and solid sand and pebbly bottom) and a private dock. The beachfront has a gradual slope to deep water. The lake has lots of bass for fishing.

Other things to note
There is also a pelican pedal boat, a kayak, and canoe included for use and life jackets. For children you may wish to bring your own as there are many different sizes and ages. There is a BBQ and patio table, picnic table, 2 beach lounge chairs, and additional folding chairs and chairs for outdoors. The inside wood stove has been removed for additional space. The new deck is much bigger and composite with BBQ on it. There is a shed with some toys and items for your use.

Quiet serene retreat. Great lake for kayaking and exploring the little islands and nice sandy beaches. Also many groomed trails (a three minute walk out your door) through the forest, great for blueberry picking or hiking. Go for a picnic on the second island that has a rock outcrop overlooking the lake and dive off the rock into the crystal clear water. The lake has bass for fishing. You could fish off your private dock. A pedal boat, canoe, and a kayak are available for guest use. There is also an ATV trail linked to the TransCanada trails that go for many kilometres.
