The Premium Chalet Bergliebe is the only chalet in the area with an exclusive heated and covered outdoor whirlpool as well as a home cinema room with Sky and Netflix!

- Spacious, tasteful, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso® coffee machine incl. Nepresso® milk frother and another Melitta coffee machine, as well as dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, induction cooker with indirect air exhaust and sufficient dishes for everyone.
- Wine lovers can enjoy their wine at the optimum temperature thanks to a wine cabinet
- The built-in comfortable and padded corner bench with rustic and solid wooden table offers enough space for 10 people
- Living area with couch for 10 people and in the center is the large, three-sided glazed fireplace for cozy hours not only in winter. Firewood unlimited included!!! The entire living and dining area can also be darkened via electric blinds.
- In the living area there is a 65 inch LG® large TV. The Marantz® Sound System lets you listen to your favourite songs via Bluetooth or Airplay.
- On the spacious south – west - terrace you can relax between the covered and wind-protected lounge area with armchair and 3 seater sofa as well as double-sided heat radiator for autumn and winter or for the barbecue area with Weber® barbecue (with 3 burners and incl. Gas) and a garden table for 10 people. If it is too sunny, there is a wonderful large umbrella. Another terrace adjoins the kitchen. Here you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning sun.
- Of course, we provide you with a complete baby equipment free of charge: with 2 cots and 2 baby high chairs, as well as children's dishes and cutlery.
The spacious sauna (sauna stove with professional safety framing!) as well as the exclusive outdoor whirlpool with a view of the mountains for 5-6 persons invite you to relax and unwind. The cold shower bucket, a cold water hose and the spacious rain shower in the separate sauna area provide refreshment afterwards. There is also a towel dryer.
- On the ground floor we have designed a special room for you, which can be used in many ways. Watch exciting movies or shows on screen and feel right in the middle of it with the Samsung Soundbar®, like in a private cinema, instead of just doing it. Free choice on Sky® and Netflix! On cold, rainy days, you can keep your kids playing board games or, after you've met with a round of Playstation 4®. 4 controllers and games.

The bedrooms
The 4 bedrooms are also very tastefully decorated and color-coordinated. All double rooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds with headboard measuring 180 x 200 and the special feature: wood-panelled rear walls with indirect lighting.
Arrive and feel good! The beds are already made upon arrival with high-quality white cotton bedding! High-quality allergen-free duvets and pillows ensure a carefree sleep!
The family bedroom is our largest bedroom and is located on the ground floor overlooking the mountains and is ideal for a family of four. It has a double bed and a bunk bed. A room divider with sliding door provides privacy. In addition to enough space in the built-in cabinets, there is also a 43-inch LG®TV.
There is also room for a baby cot. The en-suite bathroom is specially equipped for children and babies with a bathtub and towel dryer.
In the attic is on the south side a beautiful double room with breathtaking mountain scenery and private balcony access. The room is equipped with a box spring bed, a 43-inch LG®TV, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with rain shower and towel dryer. Blinds for the darkening extend over the entire window front.
Also in the attic there is another bedroom with a box spring bed and 43 inch LG®TV as well as a smaller room for two people with unusual loft bed variant. These two rooms share a shared shower room with rain shower and towel dryer across the hallway. Both rooms also have high-quality fitted wardrobes.
The house has a high quality, very tasteful furnishings and is color coordinated very nicely. We put a lot of emphasis on details, on the small things with the big difference.
It is a self-catering chalet.
Here there are many cozy retreats! Especially important for large families, several friends or a group!
The house is ideal for 8 adults and 2 children who then sleep in the bunk beds.
Children can play outside carefree on the driveway. This is a private road and ends at the house. On the street is a fence to the neighboring properties.
Carport for 2 cars and other parking spaces are available.
The entire house has underfloor heating and is - also the stairs - provided with an oak floor. The bathrooms as well as the entrance area are tiled.

No street shoes are allowed inside the chalet. Ski and hiking boots must be taken off in front of the house or in the ski room.
No parties or events, no youth groups under the age of 21.
The night rest between 22 and 8 o'clock is absolutely to be observed!!!
There are 2 enclosed private rooms as well as closets that are not available to guests.
As in Austria regulation: we ask you to carry snow chains for every car in winter.
NEW: Directly at the house there is now a wallbox for electric cars. Do you have an electric car? Please let us know before your stay. The wallbox can only be used with one chip. Please transfer a deposit of EUR 150,- in advance.
The chip enables the most accurate and up-to-date billing. We charge for 1 Kwh EUR 0.60. In case of loss of the chip we retain EUR 70,- of the deposit.
To ensure that the wellness offer is perfect, we are also happy to arrange a mobile experienced masseuse and a chef who will prepare delicious food for you directly in the chalet! They work independently and pay locally.

Out of consideration for the neighborhood, the night's rest is necessarily from 21:30 please comply.
