Free farm tour. Up to 4 people, 1 bedroom, 1 box bed, 1 double sofa bed, full kitchen and private barbecue grill for the cottage, fire pit, 300 m² fenced yard "not" shared, all yours. We provide bed and bath linens. The waterfall is private and is located at Fazendinha across the street, shared with other accommodations and not open to the public. We are less than 5 minutes by car from Praça de Lumiar, with paved streets. The chalet is identical to the photos.

The space
Our space is equipped with all the utensils a home needs, our appliances are new, large refrigerator, full kitchen so you and your family can cook if you want, we have a barbecue grill, everything as shown in the photos. But we also recommend excellent restaurants, markets, bakeries, bars, cafes, which are a 5-minute drive from downtown Lumiar. We are approximately 2 km from the Poço Belo waterfall, 4 km from São José and Indiana Jones. Main road to Boa Esperança.

We have a large, fenced-in garden (not completely flat) exclusively for you and your family, with no sharing.
