Our mission is to embrace nature in its fullness, minimizing our impact on the environment. Our passion for living in harmony with the Earth has inspired every detail of our property, a testament of love that you can feel in every corner.
Our gardens have become a sanctuary of fruit trees and vegetation native to the Atlantic Mata, the delicate biome that Morro de São Paulo offers us. Through mindful practices, we collect and store rainwater while solar power powers our facilities. Not only do we separate our organic waste to enrich the floor, but we also direct plastic, glass, and paper to a local recycling project, contributing to the health of our environment.
Our area spans over 1,000 square meters of protected greenery. The jewel in the crown is our pool, which houses 14,000 liters of rainwater, treated softly and sustainably with ionization.
In Balaio da Yolanda we offer three chalets integrated into the Atlantic Forest. The architecture is a fusion of old-fashioned charm with modern comforts, always respecting the ecological values we passionately defend.

The name of the ecovila, "Balaio da Yolanda", is an affectionate tribute to our cat Yolanda who found us as a family. You are welcome to share with us this slice of paradise in Morro de São Paulo, where harmony with nature is the true essence of our trip.

Not recommended for those with mobility difficulties, as we have a staircase to access the property. Guests have private access to Chalet Capim Dourado, gardens and pool area.

To get to our gem, you'll need to climb a few steps, and to help our guests carry less luggage, we provide pareo, hat, towel, and beach bag.
