Itaguá is a wonderful neighborhood, one of the most beautiful views of Ubatuba, where you can contemplate the beauty of the mountains around the sea.
As the city's gastronomic hub, it has several options of restaurants facing the sea, a la carte and by the kilo as well, pizzerias, meat, fish, ice cream parlors, cafes, shops and etc. Several schooner/boat tours to the city's incredible islands also depart from the waterfront. At the end of the beach, there is a very nice pier, which also offers good photo opportunities.
It is 600 meters from the Tamar Project and 350 meters from the Ubatuba Aquarium and Guarani Street.
The house is 100 meters from the beach shore, 150 meters from several restaurants.
A small market is about 250 meters away, within walking distance, facing the waterfront. The larger market and pharmacy are 1.5 km away.
