1) Guests will be responsible for bringing the bed and bath linens they will use in the accommodation (including pillow, sheet, blanket and towels), as well as hygienic materials (including soap, shampoo and toilet paper).

Chácara ZamBoa and the Host do not provide bed, bath, and hygiene materials/clothes.

1) Parking
- cars must be parked in a specific parking area located between the house where the laundry room is located and the house where the bunk bed room is located;
- if there is not enough space for parking in this specific place, there may be parking in a concrete floor area to be indicated by the Janitorial Staff of Chácara Zamboa;
- parking is not allowed, nor is vehicle access in areas other than those with concrete floors.

2) Restriction on the use of the Sauna and Jacuzzi:

- use of the sauna and hot tub will not be allowed.

3) Places for cooking and eating;
- the preparation and consumption of food by guests must be carried out exclusively in the outdoor kitchen area, which is in the shed next to the pool (where the barbecue is also located) or in the indoor kitchen contained in the Main House;
- in the aforementioned kitchens there is a stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, as well as a water filtering device;
- Guests will be responsible for the constant cleaning of the spaces used for the preparation and consumption of food;
- Guests will be responsible for the constant cleaning of dishes, cutlery, pots and the like that will be used in food preparation and consumption

4) Conflict between equipment use;
- in the present stage of operation of Chácara Zamboa for hosting purposes, the lease will be made only to people from the same group, so that there is no conflict in the use of equipment

5) Crockery
- the Host will separate the number of dishes, cutlery and glasses sufficient for the number of guests;
- Guests will be responsible for the constant cleaning of dishes, cutlery, pots and the like that will be used in the preparation and consumption of food.

6) Cleaning material for use during the stay:
- Guests will be responsible for the purchase and use of all cleaning supplies required during the stay;
- the Host will provide 1 (one) broom, 1 (one) squeegee and 5 (five) cleaning cloths for use by Guests during the stay.

5) Toilet Paper
- No bathroom materials (soap, shampoo, etc.) will be provided, including the non-provision of toilet paper;

6) Pool Chairs
- Chácara Zamboa will maintain standard aluminum “beach chairs” to be used in the pool area;

7) Poultry and Eggs
- the area destined for poultry farming maintained at Chácara Zamboa aims to bring Guests into contact with an environment different from the urban environment in which many live;
- Guests will not have free access to the interior of the areas destined for Poultry;

8) Kennel
- during stays, dogs kept at Chácara Zamboa will be kept in their respective kennels. Guests will not have access to the interior of the kennels, nor will they have access to the animals.

9) Balls and sports equipment
- Chácara Zamboa's Janitorial Office will deliver to the responsible Guest 1 (one) soccer ball, 1 (one) volleyball, 2 (two) foosball balls, 1 (one) set of pool balls and 4 (four) pool cues for the practice of pool;
- all material delivered by the Host to the responsible Guest must be returned, in full condition, to the Host at the end of the stay.

10) Barbecue material
- Guests will be responsible for purchasing charcoal and combustion instruments for barbecuing;
- The Host of Chácara Zamboa will provide 4 (four) simple skewers and 1 (one) grill for the use of the Guests in the barbecue;
- Guests will be responsible for cleaning and conserving all materials and equipment used in barbecues.

11) Use of the pool
- the swimming pool is not heated, being treated typically with chlorine and other substances;
- the use of any glass, ceramic or similar object in the pool area is expressly prohibited, and Guests are solely responsible for any harmful event arising from a sharp and/or piercing object kept in the pool area;
- Chácara Zamboa does NOT maintain lifeguards, and Guests are responsible for all acts necessary for the healthy use of the pool;
- the use of the pool by children is not recommended, and it is the full responsibility of the Guests to preserve the integrity of a child who may use the pool;
- Chácara Zamboa does NOT provide any type of buoy, vest or any element of buoyancy and/or safety for use in the pool, and the Guests are solely responsible for the acquisition and use of such equipment.

12) Admission of people to Chácara Zamboa
- only people who are previously and contractually framed in the concept of Guests under the terms of the current legal lease relationship will have access to Chácara Zamboa, and no other person who is not a Guest or Host is allowed to enter the internal area of Chácara Zamboa;
- this prohibition extends to Relatives and Friends of Guests who do not fit the effective condition of Guest under the terms of the legal lease relationship.

13) Pet maintenance inside Chácara Zamboa

- the maintenance of Pet, owned by Guest, inside Chácara Zamboa is limited to small Pets that do not manifest any degree of aggressiveness;
- the Guest who owns the Pet will be responsible for the feeding, care and cleaning of both the respective Pet and the areas occupied by the Pet;
- Guests are aware that Chácara Zamboa does not maintain a kennel for Pet occupancy;
- Guests are aware that the Chácara Zamboa area excels in the conservation of intact nature, with the possibility of organisms and microorganisms that are harmful to the health of Pets;
- Guests are aware that Chácara Zamboa maintains 2 (two) dogs in their own kennels, and it is up to the Guests to keep their respective Pets away from the areas related to such kennels in order to avoid accidents capable of compromising the physical integrity of the animals.

14) Conservation of nature
- Chácara Zamboa excels at nature conservation, which is why any guest is prohibited from engaging in behavior that could have a negative effect on nature;

15) The dam, the use of the fishing pier and the maintenance and traffic in the area near the Salto Grande dam:
- the region located in the back of Chácara Zamboa gives access to the Salto Grande dam, and the performance of any recreational activity, whether sports or fishing, must be carried out in compliance with the legal rules in force;
- due to the absence of studies on the degree of possible pollution of the waters of the Salto Grande dam, the consumption of any type of fish or similar living being caught from the said dam is not recommended.
- the maintenance and transit of people in areas close to the dam who cannot swim is not recommended. Guests are solely responsible for their Children and Pets in relation to the risks arising from non-recommended behavior.
- Transit in any other area near the dam other than exclusively the boat access ramp and the fishing pier is prohibited;

16) Access next to the Gatehouse/Gate on the road:
On the road where Chácara Zamboa is located, there is a concierge that controls the gate and vehicle access gate. Information (name, ID and destination of the vehicle driver) is requested at the entrance. At night, access control is done through a totem next to the gate in front of the aforementioned entrance, where there is a camera and intercom (once accessed, there will be remote assistance requesting the driver's name, ID and destination). It is not a condominium, in addition to the fact that it is Chácara Zamboa, its owners are not associated with the association that maintains said entrance. 17) Guest identification

Chácara Zamboa uses a public water supply service and also electricity, and does not have water reserve systems or electricity generators.
Thus, any defect in the public supply of water or electricity does not generate any liability for the Advertiser or the Owners of Chácara Zamboa, as it is a situation of a future and uncertain nature, the possibility of which is known to the guests.

19) Insects and protection

Because it is in a green area, close to a dam, it is common to find insects (mosquitoes, gnats and the like), which is why it is suggested that guests have their own clothes (pants and long blouses) and make use of repellents. It should be noted that Chácara Zamboa does NOT make any type of repellent available to Guests, and the purchase and maintenance of repellent products is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
