A: If available, YES. For extra fee payment. Each period, ARRIVING EARLY or LEAVING LATER costs R$350,00.

- Can I make schedules more flexible?
A: That depends on demand. But it is impossible for sure in advance, as the calendar remains open and it is common to have last-minute reservations. The fee is for the period before or after to be closed, preventing entry or departure on the day of your reservation.

- I saw the price "X" and now the query is more expensive. Why?
A: We have a base price (fixed) up to 5 people. From the 6th guest onwards, there is a proportional charge per person. You may have seen the price without having entered the number of people and after you added, the value has changed. But the base price continues* (if the base price has changed, it's because there was a price change due to demand)

- How many people can the house accommodate?
A: Our beds can accommodate up to 17 people, and we have 2 additional double mattresses and 1 single mattress, in addition to the sofa bed.
So, in total, up to 25 people can stay.

- Can I receive visitors during the stay?
A: Persons who are not part of the reservation are not authorized.

- Do you have air conditioning in the rooms?
A: YES. Rooms 2, 3, 4 and 5 have air conditioning. The other rooms have ceiling fans.

- What is the bed arrangement in the rooms?
A: You can easily see this in the listing, in the “Where you'll be sleeping” section.

- Do I need to bring bed and bath linens?
A: No. We offer bottom and top sheets, pillow, pillow, half season blanket and bath towel.

- Aceita pet?
A: Yes. Up to 4 max. If they are messy and like to make holes in the lawn DO NOT BRING THEM, to avoid discomfort. Now, if you're a responsible tutor, that's fine. (I think I was clear).

- Can my dog enter the pool?
A: Preferably NOT.

A: The pool is air-conditioned, not heated.
