The space
The Caracol Cabin consists of:
1 bedroom with comfortable queen-size bed, closet with hanger, hot and cold air conditioning and morning sun.
1 bedroom with comfortable double bed, shelf with hanger, air conditioner with ice and water dispenser and morning sun.
1 living room with a reclining sofa, sofa, eco-friendly ethanol fireplace, Smart TV with Netflix, and a full kitchen for your comfort and convenience when preparing your meals.
1 gourmet area with a hammock, nest swing, spacious table and barbecue with grill and rotating skewers.
1 full bathroom with toiletries (toilet paper, liquid soap) and cleaning supplies.
Hot tub with chromotherapy, water heated up to 40° and integrated with nature, with a direct view of the private forest area.
Outside we have a wonderful private pool with a large waterfall, hydromassage jets and views of the surrounding nature, as well as our wonderful ground fire pit with LED lights in the middle of nature.
In our outdoor area we provide a slide, tent and pony for children to have fun.
Everything is prepared with great affection and care to welcome you.
Bed linen, bath towels, bathrobes, firewood for the floor fireplace, quality bath gel and an ideal quantity to enjoy our hot tub are available to provide you with greater comfort.
We love pampering our guests, so we provide regional coffee powder and high-quality regional gourmet coffee beans so you can grind your beans when it's time to brew your coffee, seeking to provide you with an experience that goes beyond just a stay.
We are located in Marechal Floriano, in the mountainous region of ES ❤️. Only 4 km from downtown Marechal Floriano, with 3 km of dirt road. That is, just 10 minutes from downtown Marechal Floriano.
If you want to go down to see the city, I will be happy to help by indicating places to visit. Or, if you want to order some delivery, we have partners who deliver to the Cabana.

The entire outdoor area of the cabin is for your exclusive use.
Other things to note
So that you can enjoy a comfortable and safe environment, we ask you to pay attention to the following guidelines below:
1) No loud sound or any other kind of noise is allowed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
2) ⚠️Smoking is not allowed inside the property, under a fine of R$280.00 intended for the cleaning of the air conditioning, curtains and the entire interior of the environment.
3) Be careful with the use of alcohol, floor fire square and fireplace to prevent accidents.
4) ⚠️Do not place firewood on the barbecue as the fire will damage the exhaust fan.
5) Do not enter the bathtub using accessories and rose petals, as it can be sucked in and cause a short circuit.
6) Do not leave dirty dishes. For extreme mess/disorder, an additional fee of R$150.00 will be charged
7) We do not charge for items such as glasses and plates that are damaged in small quantities, but we ask that you inform us so that we can arrange in time for the next guests.
8) If any item of greater value is damaged, it will be charged in full.
9) 🐾We love to welcome your pet to our farm, but we ask that you use a hygienic mat and your pet's bed. 🚫 Pets are not allowed on the beds, bedding, or sofa. Clean up all your pet's messes. Remember that we will have other guests and we would like to serve everyone with the same care and affection that we prepared to receive you 💕
10) When leaving, leave the neighbors clean, all lights off, garbage collected and placed in the external garbage can properly covered, bathtub emptied and door locked. 🔑Check where the keys should be left upon checkout.
