The space
🏡 The FARM is in a neighborhood surrounded by nature in Valinhos/SP. A getaway, without losing the practicality of being close to various amenities, such as bakery, market, restaurants, shopping malls and main highways.
🏠 The HOUSE has quality furniture: a fitted kitchen, dining table, sofa, new box beds, built-in closet and comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, and INSIDE THE HOUSE there are 2 bedrooms and 1 suite:
▪️ROOM 1 - two single beds
▪️ROOM 2 - two single beds and a single trundle bed (this room has air conditioning)
▪️SUITE - one queen size bed (this room has a ceiling fan and television)
In the EDICULA, next to the gourmet area, there is another bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom.
🛁 In addition to the suite, there is one more bathroom inside the house.
🍲 The KITCHEN is complete, with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, gas oven, air fryer, water filter, cutlery, pots, blender, coffee maker, etc.

PETS 🐶
Dogs are welcome and do not pay fees, but we kindly ask you to inform the number of pets, size or breed and if they are tame, as we have tame dogs on the farm next door, which has a separate part by a fence (that is, they can see each other). Other than that, the rest of the land is all enclosed with a wall and, keeping the gate closed, there is nowhere to escape.
Pets can enter the residence, not just the yard, as long as they do not damage or urinate on furniture.
Please prevent dogs from entering the pool, as the hair clogs the water filter. If this is the case, we can charge an extra night for the fishman.
NOISE 📢
Loud sounds and demonstrations that may disturb the neighbors are prohibited at ANY TIME, but especially from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
Before check-out, the dishes must be washed and the refrigerator emptied.
Garbage must be removed and left in the outside area of the house or, on longer stays, in the trash of the sidewalk on collection days.
Let us know in advance when you plan to leave, so we can pick up the key at the agreed time.
FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS
When leaving, for any reason, turn off air conditioning, fans, televisions, lights, etc. Collaborate with the saving of water and light, also not forgetting open faucets.
Always check if doors and gates are closed. The safety of the home becomes the full responsibility of guests.
The guest will be given a remote control for the electronic gate, which must not be lost or damaged.
NOTES
* For longer stays, we will inform you in advance of the days and times that we will need to enter to carry out garden and pool maintenance.
* Fireworks are PROHIBITED.
* Our neighborhood is part of the "Solidarity Neighborhood" program, so be aware that neighbors can call the police if they feel bothered by noise and the like, according to the Sossego Disorder Law. However, this program also aims at security, that is, everyone is aware of the strange movements of non-residents on the streets.
