Welcome to Chabee & Jay Villa's, the quiet and peaceful area close to Weligama, Mirissa and Matara.
We're happy to offer you our brand new "Green Wave" room. Surrounded by palm trees and off the beaten path.
We've recently opened (2024), built on Western standards and five minutes from Madiha Surf Point - known for Sri Lanka's best left and right surf breaks. Suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced surfers.
The space
We're set on giving a clean and luxurious experience! Our property has been built this year (2024) with the highest quality in mind.
Guest access
We're offering our common garden & Shared Kitchen with cute mini bar premises, which is quite big. If you'd like, we would love to arrange:
- BBQ nights with fresh fish and lobster BBQ (Beers)
- Cooking Classes
Other things to note
As the Senior Surfer in Madiha Surf point I can let you to catch waves as you wish. Though it's a crowded surfing time, I can make sure you can catch the best waves from the peak & enjoy.
Other activities we can arrange are:
- Night diving
- Snorkeling (with turtles)
- Scuba diving
- Fishing
- Safari
- River safari (Crocodile)
- Whale watching
