Before you confirm your booking, we would like to make you aware of a few important details about our property:
★ Location: ★
✔ Our condo is situated within an 11-hectare beach complex. Please note that it is approximately a 6-minute walk, or around 1 kilometer, from the main highway. This ensures a serene and tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of traffic.
★ Towel Provision: ★
✔ We provide one bath towel and one pool towel per guest for your stay. If you prefer fresh towels daily, a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
★ Pool Availability: ★
✔ Condo Pool is open for daily 8:00am - 6:00pm except Wednesday
✔ Please be aware that the condo pool will not be available every Wednesday due to the cleaning schedule.
★ Resort Facilities: ★
✔ While you are free to roam around most of Tambuli, swimming in the resort's beach and pools requires a Day Use Voucher, which costs 900 PHP per person, subject to availability, and can be purchased from us.
✔ Alternatively, you can opt for a Day Use Stay purchased from the resort, which includes food at 1,800 PHP on weekdays and 2,200 PHP with a lunch buffet on weekends.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree that the location, towel provision, pool availability, and resort facility usage will not be issues during your stay and will not be reflected negatively in any reviews.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry to our place from the lobby security, you will be asked to fill out a guest log. We also require IDs for each guest(s) to be sent after booking confirmation. Only registered and booked guests are allowed entry.
*To avoid any listing changes, make sure you are booked for the actual number of guests. Don't book for 2 guests when you are more than 2 in the group that will be staying.
