This spacious, North Phoenix home has something for everyone! Sitting on a 1/2 acre, which includes the 4000 square-foot house, has a pool, patio, piano, arcade, croquet, chandelier, firepit, and lots of room! The home features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a media room, large kitchen, dining area, and piano. This is a perfect option for large families and friends!!
Stocked w/ snacks + drinks.
The space
Half acre property perfect for large family gatherings and dogs.
Stand up Arcade system with thousands of games. Nintendo and Sega Genesis system and games with a nice CRT TV for people that grew up with those and want to play some of the fun games they used to enjoy :)
Fire Department Memorabilia from 20 years on the Department and visiting departments all over the world can be found throughout this large house 🏠
I have a 56 Buick Convertible that can be used for family pics if I get a specific date and time with the photographer
All bookings that have any kind of celebration going on or something that makes me nervous will have a $300 security deposit fee. Air b n b doesn’t have security deposits built in so it will be by any other way possible upon checkin that will be paid back 24 hours after checkout. This is to ensure simply that respect to the property and my neighbors will be given. Unfortunately, past guests have forced this to be needed.
Outdoor noise is shut down at 9:30 pm. 10 pm per city noise ordinance.
Please shut down 30 minutes before the law says you have to in order to show respect to my neighbors :)
You can celebrate til the sun comes up, but you have to get everyone inside the house or off the property by 10 pm. My neighbors deserve to sleep each night and this is the biggest issue and thing that I ask from guests.
Absolutely NO glitter in the house!

We’ve been having a big issue with guests putting glitter all over the house
It is extremely difficult to clean up
Absolutely NO DJ's on property playing music! DJ's don't adhere to noise rules and have been to big of an issue.

DJ's are not allowed on property. They do not care about rules or my neighbors peace and play like it's a club. NO DJ's are allowed to play music for any reason!
