Welcome to our home in Oscoda, MI – a 2,000 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 2-bath chalet perfectly positioned for relaxation and recreation. Nestled on an acre of land, this home offers the ideal up-north escape on one of Northern Michigan’s most family-friendly lakes. Spend mornings fishing for bass just steps from the door, then walk over for a round of golf. Whether you're looking for a weekend escape or a seasonal haven, this chalet offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Northern MI charm!

Other things to note
This is more than a rental, this is our home surrounded by our neighbors. Please show the same courtesy as you would at your home. This is a family friendly community, quiet hours are from 2300-0700 everyday. A report of a noise complaint from neighbors will result in immediate termination of Airbnb contract and guests will be asked to leave immediately. Guests who break the capacity as listed on the original contract will be asked to leave immediately or incur a $25 per person per night penalty. Guests asked to leave for any of the above conditions will not receive a refund and be subject to an honest review.

Guests are expected to exercise due care associated with access to water and associated water activities. All guests that access the water should have all safety equipment to include life jackets. We have a paddle boat and kayaks on site; guests must refrain from accessing the water and using the equipment unless they have completed release of liability waiver and sent pictures of signed waiver to hosts. We will reach out roughly 1 week prior to your stay and ask for an email address so that you can distribute these to your party.
