Key case ok 🌙, 9pm–7am support limited 😴 🔑. 🌙 Quiet but sometimes loud (screams, firecrackers, sirens). 🛂 Full name, address, occupation, passport req. 🚭 No smoking incl. heated tobacco. ❌ No menthol items. 📖 Read rules before sending request. For approval, write “I read rules and can cooperate”.

House Notes
1. Please complete your Airbnb profile and use a clear face photo.
2. In accordance with Japanese law, please send all guests’ full names, addresses, occupations, and passport information at least two weeks before arrival.
3. For stays of 2 nights or more, there is no hotel-style cleaning or towel/linen replacement. A free washer-dryer is available, with detergent and fabric softener automatically provided.
4. Please help keep the room, shared spaces, amenities, and trash sorting clean and tidy.
5. No smoking, and please do not bring menthol-scented products.
6. Please help by turning off lights and closing windows during rain or when going out.
Lost keys incur a 20,000 yen fee.
7. Only registered guests may enter the building.
8. In emergencies, the host or long-term guest may enter your room if necessary.
9. As this is a lived-in neighborhood, you may occasionally hear daily neighborhood noise, raised voices, firecrackers, or emergency sirens.
10. Life with cats may include fur, meowing, scattered litter, occasional vomit, flying poo, strong personalities, and bed-jacking by Coimo or Hoppy 👑
