4. Notice for guests staying 2 nights or more
From the second day onwards, there will be no cleaning, bedding or towel replacement like in a hotel, but there is a free washing machine and dryer (with automatic detergent and fabric softener dispenser), so please use them.
Free rental items are limited to one item per person.

5. Smoking is prohibited. This includes heated tobacco. Also, bringing in cigarette butts is prohibited. This is because cats may accidentally ingest them, and it takes time and effort to remove the odor.
6. Menthol-based patches and ointments are also prohibited because it takes time and effort to remove the odor.
7. There is a fee to throw away unwanted items over 30 cm (11.8 inches). Please be sure to consult us before throwing them away.
8. When the trash can is full, please place it in front of the room door (in the hallway). Spare trash bags are at the bottom of the trash can.
9. Airbnb prohibits anyone other than guests from entering the building.
10. If you lose your key or take it away, we will charge you 20,000 yen.
11. We will charge you an equivalent amount for any stains or damage that are difficult to restore to their original state.
12. If an emergency occurs while you are out, the host or long-term guest may open the door to your room to deal with it.
13. It is relatively quiet at night, but there are some neighbors who shout loudly, clap their hands, or set off firecrackers.
14. The sirens of ambulances and fire engines may be loud.
15 As cat lovers may know, you may encounter the following. Please only stay if you are able to accept this.
・Cats may meow or run around in the middle of the night.
・Cats are selfish.
・Cats tend to shed their hair.
・Cats have sharp claws and may damage people's bodies, clothes, and belongings.
・Cats may suddenly bite people. Coimo (orange long-haired cats) in particular have a strong biting power.
・There is a bad smell from the cat's mouth, buttocks, and excrement.
・Cats may leave excrement on their buttocks.
・Excrement may be found on the floor.
・Cat litter may be scattered in the room or on the stairs.
・Cats may vomit.
・If you would like to feed your cat something other than the food provided, please consult with the host in advance.
・Coimo may want to make the room her own.
・The cats (the brown and white short-haired cat "Sasami" and the orange long-haired cat "Hoppy") can open the door but will not close it.
・When you go out, please let the cats out into the hallway or on the stairs, or leave the door slightly open.
