**Pool Construction Update:**
As we continue to enhance your experience, pool construction will begin tentatively mid-June through end of July.
The following are ensured:
- Safety measures will be implemented (construction fenced in area — located near the hammock garden, out of the way)
- The swim spa, rooftop hot tub, and putting green remain fully available throughout construction
- Construction is weekdays only, Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM
If your check-in dates fall within this window, please inquire first and we'll do our best to accommodate your questions and requests.
Guest access
The home is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay.
Other things to note
Spa and Swim/Spa are maintained twice weekly.
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Respect for our neighbors is our top priority. Do not book this house if you plan to be loud or disruptive.

— FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS —
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is no later than 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee of $200 each, or $400 for both.
WILL I NEED TO MEET SOMEONE TO GET A KEY?
No — all homes have keyless smart locks. A unique code is issued prior to arrival and changes with every reservation for your security.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING?
A departure clean is included. Mid-stay cleans are available for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL/SPA HEATED?
The rooftop hot tub is heated at no extra charge. The 15-foot Endless Pool can be heated to 90°F for $50/night. The new 30x15 pool (available Aug/Sep 2026) can be heated for $100/day. Please request heating at least 48 hours before arrival.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Yes — up to 2 dogs at $150 per pet. The backyard is not fenced in. Please notify us in advance and clean up after your pets.
DO YOU HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC?
Outdoor speakers are not available. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker.
DO YOU HAVE A TESLA CHARGER?
Yes — a 50amp NEMA plug is in the garage. Please bring your own adapter cable.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE?
We don't recommend it as we cannot be responsible for deliveries. Contact your property manager if needed.
DO YOU PROVIDE COFFEE?
Not guaranteed — take some, leave some.
