Some info has been automatically translated.
Casinha de Cima is a cozy 40 sq. meter loft. It is 6 km/15 min from the city and 1053 meters above sea level. It has an exuberant view, facing the Jaguari Dam and Serra da Mantiqueira. Independent, it has a balcony, bedroom + living room + kitchen in the same room + bathroom + outdoor area: shower, hammock and barbecue. Ideal for resting, working, enjoying nature and strolling. Fiber optic wifi/internet guarantees a great connection. Only 1:30 hr. from São Paulo. Paradise on earth <3

The space
The environment is bathed in a lot of sky, with a breathtaking view of the Jaguari Dam. Always beautiful: sun or rain. It is surrounded by native trees inhabited by many birds. There are large rocks on the ground and from each of them the view is special. The entire area around the house is grassy. There is an outdoor space with natural shade for meals, work, fun and rest.

Guest access
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

the access to the Casinha from the city is almost entirely by dirt road. it is 6km. in some stretches there is pavement.

the final climb to reach the Casinha is steep on an uneven dirt road. On days of heavy rain, if the car does not go up all the way, the rest of the way must be done on foot. For this we recommend backpacks + sneakers/boots.

Casinha de Cima is, so far, the penultimate house in this rural neighborhood. It is above Fazenda Santa Maria, after the Fazendão fishing ground.

YOU MUST ENJOY ADVENTURE, EXCITEMENT AND NATURE.

Other things to note
during the day the sun usually dominates, sunscreen is advisable.

after sunset the temperatures tend to drop, good to bring a warm clothes for the nights.

as we are in a rural area, we suggest using boots/sneakers for hiking.

who has insect allergy the best repellent to use in hiking is the exposis, it protects from all species.

IMPORTANT NOTES!

obs.1:
ABOUT THE KITCHEN:
the stove, oven, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, Italian coffee maker, clay filter, basic equipment for up to 4 people.
IT IS NECESSARY TO BRING WHAT IS TO COOK.

obs.2:
the little house has a curtain on the main door but has windows without a curtain. Who makes a point of dark to sleep and likes to sleep until later, we suggest eye patches.
