Casa Xula offers exclusive, direct access to the peaceful Playa Gemelas, known for its soft sand and clear water. Enjoy two balconies - one off the second-floor master with ocean views, and another on the main floor with lush surroundings and ocean breeze. Inside, you'll find a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen and open indoor-outdoor living space. Fall asleep to the soothing sound of waves, and for the ultimate rest, pull the blackout curtains and unwind on cozy beds.

Remodeled in 2022, this penthouse comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms spread over the top two floors of the building.
Upstairs Master: King bed + couch bed, large patio, mini kitchen, and stunning ocean views from your private balcony
Downstairs Master: King bed (which can be converted into two twin beds for flexibility)
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, perfect for kids or friends
Other amenities include:
Fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher
Dining area with seating for 8
Projector for movie nights and a large screen TV in every room
Direct, private access to the beach
Pool with the option to heat for an additional 700 pesos ($35 USD) per day (helps keep rental rates affordable)
Beach toys for kids (pool floaties, sand toys) and stand-up paddle boards for adults
One parking spot (availability may vary during peak seasons, such as Christmas and Easter Week)
