Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the entire property, including the private pool, living and dining areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces—perfect for a relaxing and private stay 🤍
The function area is available upon request and may require an additional fee.
Parking is available for up to 2 cars inside the gated property.
Please note that some storage and utility areas are secured and not accessible to guests for maintenance purposes.

Casa Uy accommodates up to 18 guests only (including visitors & overnight).
For small gatherings, our function area may be availed for ₱5,000 (includes tables & chairs), allowing up to 24 guests total. Usage is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM only.
We allow fun but respectful gatherings only (no loud parties). Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
Unauthorized or undeclared guests are not allowed. Any violation will incur a ₱1,000 penalty per person.
A caretaker is on-site (separate area) for assistance. CCTV is installed in outdoor/common areas only.
Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
