Unique accommodation on Juquehy Beach. A house built and decorated with all the best to receive families who enjoy traveling together and appreciate organized and well-maintained places. Showers with solar energy, swimming pool with hydro, cinema room and vegetable garden, are some of the details and care that this house has gained. In addition to being in the best location in Juquehy, you can do everything on foot, it is only 350 m from the sea. We have beach chairs, umbrellas and bed linen.
The space
House consisting of 6 beds, which accommodate 10 people, arranged in 4 bedrooms, 4 suites and 1 toilet, integrated living room with full kitchen and gourmet balcony equipped with barbecue. Air-conditioned rooms with air conditioning. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. The Tsushida House is very complete for families and larger groups. We have an amazing movie theater that also transforms into a spacious suite! The great differential of Casa Tsushida is its integration of the internal and external areas, but with a warmth that few large houses offer.

1 - Detergent, toilet paper and garbage bags, only enough for the day of your arrival;
2 - Cleaning kit (lysoform, alcohol, sponge, floor cloth, disinfectant), brooms and buckets (laundry);
3 - Eight beach chairs and two umbrellas (deposit in the pool area);
4 - Nesspresso coffee maker with refillable capsules, thermos and coffee percolator.
