Casa Trece, located in the Spanish Ville Condominium in the Costa do Sol Environmental Reserve, a paradise-like setting just a 10-minute drive from Pontal do Atalaia Beach. Casa, with a living room, kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, barbecue area and terrace with swimming pool. Fully equipped house, living room with sofa, very cozy, bedroom with air conditioning and a direct view of the ocean. The space
We have a Pool on the Terrace, barbecue and kitchen. Spectacular view of Praia dos Anjos and a 10-minute drive to Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia.
Remember: Not Urban Area, despite the proximity of the Arraial do Cabo Center.

Guest access
It is best to have a vehicle to visit the site. The price of taxis is not urban area and the price of taxis is not attractive, as Arraial do Cabo is a Tourist Town in Rio de Janeiro! DO NOT COME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VEHICLE.

Other things to note
The Guest must indicate the full name and CPF of everyone who will stay, for access to the Pontal Ordinance, because the Access to the Costa do Sol Environmental Reserve is restricted. VISITORS AT CASA TRECE IS NOT ALLOWED DURING THE LODGING.
