This apartment is a gem. Located on the 4th floor (top floor on the side of the building), it is the only one in the residential complex that is much larger and more undisturbed than the other apartments, and has a higher quality finish.

The apartment has a stunning terrace of 50m2 with a table, chairs and deck chairs - and brand-new feature: A hammock. All bedrooms and living room are radiantly bright and have access to the terrace through large sliding doors.

The apartment complex has a communal pool (heated in winter) with extra wifi.
