The space
Welcome to our vacation rental located on the fourth floor of a building. Please note that there is no elevator, so it's important to keep that in mind if you have any mobility concerns. However, once you make it to the fourth floor, you'll be rewarded with stunning sunsets, an incredible ocean view, and refreshing ocean breezes.
The rental is situated right on the coast, offering direct access to the beach. It's an ideal location for those who enjoy surfing, as you'll have easy access to the waves. If you're lucky enough to visit during whale watching season, you'll have a front-row seat to observe these magnificent creatures from the comfort of your vacation rental.
While the rental itself is small, it has been designed to be cozy and comfortable. It offers all the necessary amenities to make your stay enjoyable, including a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and cozy bedrooms. The focus is on providing a relaxing atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Puerto Rico condominium law prohibits the use of power generators in this building, so unfortunately, we are unable to provide one. Please keep in mind that the island’s infrastructure is not as robust as in some other places, and occasional power outages can occur during your stay. No refunds will be given for lost of electricity, water or internet. By booking you agree to this. **
Other things to note
** The infrastructure in the island is very weak. Unfortunately, there may be an outage that is out of our control. We ask for your understanding and patience. Puerto Rico condominium law prohibits the use of power generators in buildings and this condominium is not equipped with a power backup. We have a 60 gallons water reserve tank. No compensation will be given for any outage of electricity, gas, water or internet service**
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during the hurricane season (July to October most active months). This inexpensive coverage can reimburse travelers for most cancellation-related expenses, depending on the plan. Review options carefully before purchasing.
