Being a family-oriented house, it's perfect for families and couples who wish to enjoy the stress-free beach life and stay in a true Garifuna community, in El Triunfo de la Cruz.

The space
Our beach house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people MAX in 4 separate rooms. Our beach house itself is on a second floor and it includes a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining room, 3 bedrooms with full-size beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, plus a front balcony and a rear balcony looking out to the ocean and a large open patio under palm trees for BBQs. The ground floor below the house is completely open to enjoy swinging in our hammocks. There is also one full bathroom in the house and another full bathroom and 2 outdoor showers on the ground floor. Every bedroom has its own ceiling fan, and only the common space in the house has central A.C. The whole house is very cool, thanks to all-around insulation.

Guest access
When renting Casa Telamin, you have full access to everything in the house and the whole property. We invite you to use the downstairs open area to relax, BBQ, enjoy with your loved ones, and nap in the hammocks while enjoying the soft ocean breeze. You can also park your car next to the house under the shade. This is where we love to hang out the most!

"Casa Telamin" is a family-owned beach house that we see as a vacation getaway, so please take good care of our home and the things inside it. We try our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

The maximum guest occupancy is 8 people. This includes adults and children alike; only infants under 2 years old are not part of the headcount.

We have a 4-way cassette AC for the common area upstairs that is strong enough to cool the rooms. Additionally, we have ceiling fans in each room and 1 standing fan which you can move anywhere inside or outside the house at your convenience.

Once the total balance of your booking is paid, you'll receive exact directions on how to get to our house via car using Google Maps. We'll also send you a check-in guide illustrating the steps to get here and the access code to enter the house. Please let us know your approximate check-in time so we can prepare the house especially for your coming.

If you are traveling here by plane or bus and need a ride from the airport or bus station, please talk to us with at least a day's notice so we can help you arrange a car trip at an extra cost. From San Pedro Sula airport to Triunfo de la Cruz, it is roughly an hour and a half by car (93 km). From the city of Tela to our house in Triunfo de la Cruz, it's less than 10 minutes away on the highway (12 km).

It is suggested you know some basic Spanish skills as the majority of the locals don't speak English. As a true Garifuna community, their first language is Garifuna and second, Spanish.
