This fabulous, well equiped, luxury and comfortable, sea facing, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Casa Sophia apartment is found within a private and gated residential complex, located close to the leisure marina and 'blue-flag' beach of El-Campello.

The complex offers extensive and well maintained gardens with a large communal swimming pool. There is a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. There is a private underground car parking. Tennis court is out of service.

The space
Very comfortable and cozy living room with tv and fast fibre internet (WIFI) and air conditioning which can heat in the winter time when necessary.
Modern well equiped kitchen with all comfort like oven, microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher, nespresso machine, water cooker and fresh water tap! Behind the kitchen there is storage room with the washing and drying machine.

One large master bedroom with built in wardrobe and bathroom. All bedrooms have comfortable fans at the ceiling and we aircon in the hallway which keeps the bedrooms cool in hot summers.

The two other bedrooms with each 1 bed which easily can be turned into a comfortable two persons bed.

Guest access
All areas in the apartment are only available for the guests. Swimmingpool, garden and tennis court is shared accesss but only available to the renters and owners of the mistral building and open for public access. Garage is under the building with one private space for the guests. Tennis court is temporarily out of service

Baby crib and chair available upon request against a fee.

Upon arrival we offer free toiletries, dishwasher cubes, detergent, coffee, cold cans of beer/cola and cava as a warm welcome but we do not offer a replenishment service like in hotels. This means that when the items run out, the guest must replenish them themselves

Hello, we are Manon, Jeroen and Sophia. We live in the Netherlands and have all quite a busy business life and sometimes it is good to get out of that and spent your time somewhere else! Jeroen works for an global it organization so nowadays it does not matter where you work, as long as you have good internet (and that is what we have ;-)) you’re good to go! We have for many years a tight connection with the Costa Blanca and especially the El Campello region. Our parents and other family have here already for many years their holiday homes. In 2018 we bought our first property. In 2021 the second one in Playa Alkabir, Casa Sophia 1 and 2 and beginning 2023 we bought our third Casa Sophia! We come as often as we can because we love the climate, the people, the good food and atmosphere in El Campello, which is in many aspects still pretty authentic and not too touristic. Manon has a good feeling for home interiors and decoration and all three houses are complete styled by her. We love to be hosts and to welcome people to our houses and to show them the beauty which this region has to offer. Welcome to Casa Sophia!
