Brand new apartment located near the Rafting area of Aymavilles, one kilometer from its fantastic Castle. A parking space is available outside, a few steps from the structure, ample free parking. At the entrance, a modern kitchen with automatic heating, historical Aosta Valley ornaments on the walls. Beautiful double bedroom, next to the guest bedroom connected with a handcrafted staircase. Strategic position to reach the ski slopes of Pila, Cogne.
The space
Inside the apartment there is a brand new kitchen equipped with an induction hob and a Wifi stove remotely controlled by the Host. The corridor leading to the bathroom has sanitary facilities and a remote controlled Wifi boiler to keep the water at a pleasant temperature.
The master bedroom features a KING SIZE bed to relax in after a long day, large wardrobe for storing clothes and a beautiful chest of drawers next to the bed.
Next to it we find the guest bedroom with a bunk bed connected by a handcrafted staircase created by the owner, near a bedside table with a very bright lamp above it. In front of the bed a large wardrobe to put your clothes.
On the walls of the house, historical saws, wrought iron equipment and other period utensils are displayed that decorate the house. a few meters from the house there is a beautiful rafting area where in the summer it is possible to rent rafts and grill in the PIC-NIC area. One kilometer from the accommodation is the Valle d'Aosta winery specializing in DOC wines, possibility of purchasing in the store. Going to the center, pharmacy and Crai well stocked for any need. Continuing the road that leads to Cogne, the historic Castle of Aymavilles with a view from the outside of the Royal Castle of Sarre, near it a very good pizzeria.
