Casa Rover Floripa opens its doors to welcome you in a rustic, comfortable and cozy atmosphere. With sustainable architecture, the house was built from recycled materials, resulting in a unique and very beautiful space. In addition, the space offers the tranquility you need to work, study or relax. We have the native nature of the Atlantic Forest on the ground, many trees and running water from the waterfall, which provides contact with the environment.
The space
We are located at Rua da Represa, in the Itacorubi neighborhood. From here you will have easy access to the north and south of the Island, both by bus and by transportation apps. In addition, the location is situated 2 km from UDESC and 6 km from UFSC. The nearest beach is Joaquina, 11 km from the house. It is also close to Avenida Madre Benvenuta, where you will find bars, restaurants, parties and Shopping Villa Romana.
