Family Villa next to the Little Farm! Close to downtown Lumiar, 1.5 km, less than 5 minutes from downtown. You can interact with the animals at Fazendinha at no additional cost and enjoy the waterfall.
The house has a full kitchen and a barbecue grill exclusive to the accommodation. We provide bed and bath linens. Our flat backyard is excellent for the elderly and children, and it is fenced for pets.

The space
This beautiful, spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom house has a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue grill, Smart TV, Netflix, excellent internet, work space, large lawned garden with outdoor fire pit, very green rain shower, easy access, paved street, less than 5 minutes from downtown Lumiar Square. Ideal for 2 couples, or families with children and seniors. Flat backyard, house without stairs, grab bars in the bathroom. Our house is located 1.5 km from Praça de Lumiar, 500 m from a small market and bakery, 2 km from the Poço Belo waterfall, and 4 km from São José and Indiana Jones.
We have spring water, private waterfall, very green, a lush view of the mountains, beautiful birds. Our private waterfall is 100 meters from the house and is part of the nearby Fazendinha Paraíso. We schedule visits to the animals on Saturdays and Sundays at no additional cost. Sleeps 8 people.

We provide the key to the access gate to the Rio Poço area with a small beach and waterfall. You can come and go whenever you want. We also have an exclusive Pet area in Rio, where you are allowed to take your dog.

Please don't be late, as your delay will result in less time, since the next time slot is for another group.
We have oxen, rabbits, chickens, and ducks. Your group will be able to feed the animals, hold the rabbits on their laps, and collect eggs from the nest.
