It is a light-filled and friendly apartment, recently refurbished where you will feel as if you were at your own home. It has all the conveniences a traveller can wait, such air conditioner (cold and heat), wifi connection, and a balcony where you relax watching the Sierra, reading a book, or simply doing nothing. If you travel with children you will find many conveniences for them (child chair, bed barrier,..)

During your stay you may use all the apartment features, such the kitchen (of course), the air conditioner, the wifi, and the heating if you need. The kitchen, recently refurbished is full equiped if you like cooking. Fridge, microwaves, dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker. Finally it is possible to use the wifi connection. You will find the networks settings beside the main door. TV with DVD (with usb and sd plug) is available. Swimming pool available from June 15th to September 15th approximate (dates may vary every year)

The appartment is situated in a quiet area. Not in the city centre but not far away. The city center is situated at 10 min walking (Balcon de Europa, Urban beaches). The Burriana beach, one of the most popular beaches in town, is 500 m away. You can go walking. The Caves is 3 km away from the appartmen (45 min walking). In the area you will find supermarkets (with international food), restaurant, pharmacies, health centre, child playground and so on.
